Corporate Lie Detection

Corporate investigations usually stall in the same place: you have a loss, a leak or an allegation, a shortlist of people who could be responsible, and no way of separating them without accusing someone on a hunch.

We provide voluntary EyeDetect® examinations as part of internal investigations and integrity programmes — fraud and expenses cases, information leaks, procurement irregularities, whistleblowing allegations, and periodic checks in roles handling cash, stock or sensitive data.

Everything is documented: consent for each person, the exact questions, and an individual report. Directors and HR get a clear picture, and employees who are not involved are cleared quickly instead of living under suspicion.

Voluntary testing supports an investigation; it does not replace one. Documents, system logs, access records and interviews still do the heavy lifting. A test helps you prioritise: it narrows the field, corroborates or challenges an account, and shows that you gave people a fair chance to answer.

Participation must be voluntary and free of pressure, and refusal should not be treated as an admission. Agree your approach with HR and, where the matter is serious, with employment counsel before offering tests.

We attend in unmarked vehicles, carry nothing branded, and can work early mornings, evenings or weekends so testing is not visible to the wider workforce. Where discretion matters most, we test at a hired meeting room away from your site.

Reports go to a single named contact. Nothing is shared with anyone else in the organisation unless you instruct it.

Single examinations start at £495 all-inclusive within 50 miles of Darlington, with 60p per mile beyond. Programmes covering several people or several sites are quoted per person, and we can work to a retained arrangement for organisations that test regularly.

We invoice on your purchase order and can provide documentation for procurement and supplier onboarding.

Frequently asked questions

Can testing be part of a formal disciplinary process?

It can inform your investigation, but it should never be the sole basis for a decision. Keep the disciplinary process itself fair and evidence-led, and take employment advice.

How many people can you test in a programme?

There is no practical limit — we routinely schedule multiple days across several sites. Roughly six to eight examinations fit into a full day.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We are happy to work under your confidentiality agreement, and confidentiality is our standing practice regardless.

Can you test senior executives discreetly?

Yes. Executive examinations are usually arranged off-site at a private meeting room at a time of your choosing.

What does a corporate report contain?

Who was tested, when and where, the exact questions, the outcome for each question, and a note on the accuracy of the method — written so a non-specialist can rely on it.

How do we get a quote?

Call 0330 088 5207 or email info@liedetectordirect.co.uk with the number of people, sites and rough timescale, and we will send written pricing.
